14 Day Return Policy

We will do her best to satisfy the needs and wishes of her clients. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased through our online shop, you can return or exchange the product within 14 days without any problem.

Exclusions from our return policy

All our products must be returned in new, unworn condition. For this reason all products that are returned will undergo quality checks. All returns are excluded from our return policy if:

  • Products that have been worn are not accepted for return or exchange.
  • Products that have been custom made are not accepted for return or exchange.
  • Products that have been adjusted (like resizing a ring) to the wishes of the clients are not accepted for return or exchange.
  • Products that have been damaged or altered after delivery are not accepted for return or exchange.

Please note that the products have to be in unworn state and original invoice, all documentations like warranties, certificates of authenticity, grading or appraisal and original packaging must be returned undamaged with your merchandise.
Returns will not be accepted If any items are missing their original documentation or original packaging. We will not refund the money or exchange products if the products are not returned undamaged, completely with all their documentations and original packaging.

How to return

Should you want to return or exchange the product, please follow the following steps:

  1. Notify us within 14 days by contacting us through our contact page. Please state clearly if you want to return or exchange the product. If you want to exchange the product please indicate which product you want. After sending the mail you will receive a confirmation mail.
     
  2. Please print out the confirmation mail.
     
  3. Please carefully pack:
    -The product(s)
    -The original invoice
    -All the original documentation and original packaging
    -The confirmation mail.
     
  4. You can choose to ship by registered mail or personally return the package to us.
    1. If you choose to ship the package then:

      For safety reasons, please do not include "jewelry or jewellers" in the address!
      The shipping charges will be borne by you. In the case of a refund we will only refund the amount that you have actually paid to us.

  5. All products that are returned will be inspected.
    If you wish to exchange to another product we will ship your desired product as soon as possible. No shipping fee will be charged.
    Should you wish a refund, we will refund the money within 30 days back on your account. Only the amount that you have actually paid will be refunded by us.
