| 2. How long is the delivery time when I have ordered a product? |
The moment we have received your order, it will be processed with the utmost care. The estimated delivery time is the time when we shipped the product plus the transit time.
You can check the "ship in" time for each product in the product detail page. For the transit time to your region please go to our shipping page .
We will do our best to complete your order within the estimated delivery time. In case we expect tot exceed our estimated delivery time we will notify you by email.
International (Non EU) delivery:
The estimated delivery time has not taken into account the time that customs might need to inspect the order. |

| 3. When the delivery agent is not able to deliver the products to me, will the products returned to Stream & Field? |
| To ensure a safe delivery, we will ship your order by registred mail. When you are not at home, the delivery agent will either try to deliver your products at another time or wil contact you for the delivery. To ensure your privacy, your order will never be deliverd to your neighbours. |

| 5. Can I pick up the order myself? |

| 6. The payment has already been deducted from my account and I still have not received my order. |
| When your payment has been approved, your order will be shipped. It is possible that there is a time-lag of one or several days between the payment and the delivery of the order. |

| 7. Which form of payments do you receive? |
| We accept payments with VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal and I-deal. For delivery within The Netherlands you can also choose cash on delivery. Please mind that when choosing cash on delivery an additional administration costs will be charged. |

| 8. How do I know that you have received my order? |
| Your order is received when you have completed the last step. A message with "thank you for your purchase" will appear on your screen. In addition you will receive a confirmation email to confirm that we have received your order. |

| Yes, you can. Products can be returned within 14 days, starting from the moment you have received the products.
Products that are made or modified to the specific wished of the client are not accepted for return or exchange. Please check our return policy for details |
